Fan not shutting off

Okay so after a print finishes and the tower goes to home the fan still runs and makes this annoying whining noise how can i make it so the fan shuts off when the print is done?

When the hot end drops below 60C, the fan will shut off automatically.

it didn't it was running all night after the print finished.

Are you referring to the PEEK fan? It will shut off below 60C.
If you're talking about the RAMBo or power supply fans, those will run as long as the power switch is on.
