PEEK Fan not working

I have wired up and installed the fan to the shroud but the fan is not spinning even after I have turned the fan on, on the control settings in MC.
In the manual it states "If it's not blowing air, you've likely connected the wires backwards. Correct it and try again."
Does this mean I have got the layer fan wires and the peek wires the wrong way around?

I think it means you switched the hot and the ground. To make sure, though, it won't turn until you turn the hot end on.

The PEEK fan isn't under manual control - it will only start after the hot end hits 60C.
