Hmm, this is interesting. I will have to check and see what my values are and try to get them as close to 0 and see what the results are.

Not a silver bullet but the less you make the auto calibration compensate for, the better!

you doing autocalibration in octoprint or using mattercontrol ?

I only use OctoPrint at this point. I've never been a fan of MC and on the Mac it seems too unstable.

Yeah, so even the 63 for Z is significant.
I talked to JJ about this today and I think this procedure is going to be added to the assembly guide. It is always best to get the mechanical elements as good as they can be. These offsets are easy to dial in and I've verified (1 experiment so needs more testing) that it does contribute to the bed leveling issue.

Well, I squared up the towers (two were 1mm off or so), adjusted the endstop screws so that the tower endstep offset was under 4 on all 3, ran the probe "hot" and it didn't appear to help much with the thin side.

I am running hotter on both nozzle and bed this next time trying to get a better start on the ring.

Good job. At least now you've eliminated a couple of mechanical issues. I haven't had time to investigate the bed mounting yet. That's next. I'm convinced that the firmware is doing the right calculations but something mechanical is causing the problem. My sudden change for the better after removing the FabLam might not be related to the surface, perhaps cleaning and refitting the bed assembly was the underlying culprit.

I have ordered a thermocouple, should be here in 2 days to find out how far off "norm" my hot end is running so I can map out the real temps. I have thought about tearing apart the bed again, perhaps tomorrow night if you don't find anything first.

Here is an update after working to get the x/y/z values as close to 0. This is the same file I had printed earlier that had the low spot between the x and z axis.

These tools will help you get the best results with your printer. We updated firmware significantly a couple weeks ago. Do not use MatterControl leveling, turn that off in the software. Next, be sure to run EEPROM clear when loading new firmware. Follow the instructions closely when you get the the delta calibration wizard tool.
