Drawing of nozzle and how to remove it?

I have been looking around for a drawing of the RMv2 nozzle with dimensions. I am thinking about manufacturing a new nozzle with a smaller bore on my lathe, so... does anybody have a drawing of it?
Also, the best way to remove the nozzle is to heat it up first? Is there a risk of molten plastic crawling downwards into the threads for the nozzle, making it hard to reinstall the nozzle? I might be way off, but that is most likely because I really don't know what the hot-end looks like on the inside

Seemecnc does offer blank nozzles that you can drill yourself. As for removing the nozzle, I've done it both hot and cold. There is a Teflon liner that keeps the plastic under control somewhat.

Yeah, I know, but I have some brass lying around begging to become nozzles
I took a deep breath and removed the nozzle, which turned out to be no problem. So I measured everything I could and modeled it. However, there are a few measurement that I couldn't do inside the nozzle, because it was filled with plastic. I have attached a drawing with two questions for you guys. Hopefully you can help me out to finalize the drawing. I will post the drawing and model, when I have all dimensions in place.

The best way to answer your question is to heat the nozzle while holding it with pliers and remove the plastic from the nozzle.
Reheat the nozzle as above and insert a short piece of filament into the nozzle until a small amount of plastic comes out of the orifice.
Place the whole thing in the freezer for an hour or so then remove it from the freezer and carefully cut off the plastic sticking out from the
orifice then pull the filament from the nozzle. You now have a piece of filament that you can use to measure the bore length or other
measurements you may need.

The length of the 4 mm bore is 6.4 mm. The length of the orifice is 1 mm. the diameter of the bore connecting the two is 2 mm.

Not that I'm aware of,,, Hansen has the closest thing to a drawing I've seen. I just filled in the blanks with a cheap pair of digital calipers and a drill bit.
Oh, and the threads are 3/8-24.

I have rounded some measurements, because I think the nozzle was designed mostly with imperial units, and I live in a metric world

Hopefully, I can have a go at turning a nozzle with the indicated dimensions tomorrow after work.
Please, comment on the drawing, if you feel that "something is wrong". I would love to get this "perfect".

Well... here it is... sort of...
I still need to do the thread, the orifice, and the hex nut, which I'll probably mill as a square nut. Also, it turns out that 3/8 dies are rare here, so I'll have to wait for the one I ordered on EBay

Thanks, I ordered two for $9.00 each. I couldn;t find a drill bit for .050" so may as well order one.
